The Force of Will: Hero Cluster - Asuka Starter Deck box contains 5 decks. Each deck includes 2 Ruler cards, a 40-card main deck, 10 Magic Stone cards (5 copies each of 2 cards), 1 Will Coin card, 9 Life Counter cards, and 1 Token card. Each deck also includes a rule sheet, a playmat sheet, and a quick rule guide. Ruler joins the game with a special partner named Moonchild, and in this world where the Judgment ability has been lost, players can put J-Ruler on the field by contracting with the secret power that lies in the moon. Starting with this set, if no characters are printed on the back of Ruler, it will have a red back instead of black. This prevents the Ruler from being mistakenly mixed into the deck and makes it easier to recognize it as a Ruler card.
